2. Principle

This website is deliberately built to minimise data. No cookies are set, no analytics or tracking services are used, and no content is loaded from external servers. Web fonts are served exclusively from this server — in particular, no connection to Google Fonts is made.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The provider processes the data on my behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

When the website is accessed, the server automatically collects the following data:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • date and time of access
  • name and URL of the retrieved file
  • volume of data transferred and notification of successful retrieval
  • referrer URL, where transmitted
  • browser and operating system used

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free and secure operation of the website. The data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after a short period unless it is required to investigate a specific security incident.

4. Contacting me

If you contact me by email or telephone, I process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, content of the enquiry) solely in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Disclosure of data

Your data is not passed on to third parties, other than to the hosting provider named above under the data processing agreement, or where I am legally obliged to do so. No data is transferred to third countries.

6. External links

This website links to external source code platforms (e.g. github.com, codeberg.org). These links only become active when you click them. On access, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies; I have no influence over its content.

7. Your rights

You have the right at any time to

  • access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany.
